Refund policy

1. Right to Cancel

Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under UK consumer law.


2. Loss of Cancellation Right

If you request us to begin work immediately, you may lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully or partially completed.


3. Refund Policy

  • If no work has started → Full refund

  • If work has started → Partial refund may apply based on work completed
    If appointment has been booked - No refund.

  • If service is fully delivered → No refund


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Appointment booking attempts

  • Completed documents

  • Third-party fees (visa fees, VAC fees)
